Reunion: A ZhongVenZhong Zine, is an upcoming fanzine centered around our favorite old people: Zhongli and Venti.
This zine will be structured around the theme: the stream of time; our memories, with three sections, divided into the past, present and future.
The past covers every event up until the start of Genshin Impact.
The present will be set during the timeline of the current game.
And the future will contain post-game content, left to the imagination of our contributors.
The finished zine will come in both a digital PDF and a physical book with merch. As we plan to feature both artists and writers, we encourage everyone interested in contributing to this project to apply!
We will also include an optional NSFW booklet as part of the zine. Please bear in mind that applicants must be over 18 years of age.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many artists/writers are you accepting?
We are accepting 30 artists and 15 writers for the SFW portion to join our 4 guest artists and guest writers.
Am I allowed to draw/write VenZhong instead of ZhongVen?
Yes. As long as the main content of your piece is centered around Zhongli and Venti, any dynamic is perfectly acceptable! This is also applicable to the NSFW booklet.
Are AUs allowed? Can I draw my ZhongVen fankids? Can I make Xiao a ZhongVen kid?
The 'future' section of the zine will feature Zhongli and Venti post-game, so of course children are allowed. However, to avoid confusion for the readers, both AUs and fan-children will be evaluated by the mod team on a case-by-case basis.
Xiao and other popular headcanon-ed ZhongVen kids are allowed.
Are other ships allowed?
Mention of other ships in passing are fine, but the focus of the piece should be on ZhongVen.
Do I still hold ownership of any pieces created for this zine?
Yes, all pieces created for this zine remain creative property of their creator. We only ask that you do not sell your pieces (whether it be art, merch or writing) before the sales period of the zine is over.
How will contributors be compensated?
We will try to provide all contributors with a complimentary physical bundle, but currently we can promise only full digital bundle.
